We are hiring for our customer service team, so if you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, want to work for a company that makes a difference, and you are a people person, we would love to hear from you! This is a full-time role (34.5 hours) with shift patterns varying from Monday-Friday (8-8) and occasional (9-5) Saturdays, typically once a month.
Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries and proactively capturing relevant information on our systems.
We will be holding an Assessment day on Friday 9th May.
