As a Property Customer Service Advisor, you will work within the department that assists clients with their home moves. You will support law firms and end clients by handling queries, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience. The role involves supporting legal firms with technology and procedures, assisting with applications to meet all criteria, and managing a high volume of email queries and document processing efficiently.
Customer service experience is required, which could come from backgrounds such as retail or hospitality. Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, professionalism, and personable nature are essential. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with good attention to detail and organizational skills, is also required.
