Description

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will support clients through the remortgage process, assisting with a range of queries to ensure service level agreements are met and the highest standard of client care is provided.

Your responsibilities will include chasing documentation, corresponding with banks and third parties, and performing administrative tasks such as processing documents and data entry. You will work in a volume environment with deadlines to ensure caseloads are completed efficiently.

Profile

Previous customer service experience from backgrounds such as retail or hospitality.

Exceptional communication skills and confidence over the phone.

Passionate about customer service and delivering excellent experiences.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
