As a Legal Cashier, you will be essential in maintaining the smooth financial operations for the law firm. You'll have an eye for detail, expertise in accounting software, and the ability to handle accounts payable.

What you'll be doing:

1. Handle financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
2. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
3. Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.
4. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
5. Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable.
6. Maintain financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
7. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

About You:

1. Proficient in Xero or comparable accounting software.
2. Solid understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4. Capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

As Legal Cashier:
