Key responsibilities:

1. Processing online bank payments, including BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, and International Payments.
2. Inter-account transfers—moving funds from client accounts to office accounts related to outstanding bills and disbursements.
3. Processing receipts, payments, invoices, write-offs, expenses, and daily banking transactions.
4. Performing daily bank reconciliations.
5. Managing accounts payable.
6. Assisting fee earners and support staff to comply with the firm's internal cashiering regulations.

Required skills and experience:

1. Previous experience in legal finance or cashiering.
2. Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Regulations.
