Job summary
RPC is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Professional to support the firm’s revenue cycle from WIP management through to bill production and delivery. You will manage uploads, queries, and escalation for various E-Billing portals while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client invoices.
The role requires transactional finance experience in professional services, with strong Excel and billing system knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet deadlines and maintain
Qualifications
- Experience in a transactional finance role within a professional services firm, preferably law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact confidently across levels.
- Strong prioritisation and deadline management skills; able to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with legal billing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Billing: prepare, amend bills, and adjust rates as required.
- E-billing: submit and resolve queries in PDF and LEDES formats.
- Query resolution within SLAs; escalate to resolution as needed.
- Maintain data integrity for key billing data such as rates and references.
- Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as required.
