Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the end-to-end revenue cycle for a reputable legal firm. You will deliver accurate billing services, manage eBilling submissions, monitor WIP, and assist with debt collection.

You will work with colleagues across the business to resolve billing issues and ensure timely revenue collection. The ideal candidate has prior billing, revenue control, or credit control experience, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, revenue control, or credit control within finance.
• Understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle and WIP management.
• Experience with eBilling is advantageous; knowledge of Aderant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end revenue cycle management for the firm.
• Deliver accurate billing services and manage eBilling submissions.
• Monitor work in progress and assist with debt collection.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to queries to avoid revenue delays.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to improve cash conversion.
