Marks Sattin is seeking a billing specialist with e-billing or legal billing experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment in the UK. You will manage end-to-end e-billing, submit invoices via client portals, and resolve rejected invoices while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements.

Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end e-billing process.
• Submitting invoices through client e-billing portals.
• Investigating and resolving rejected or queried invoices.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
• Ensuring invoices meet client billing requirements.
• Supporting wider revenue, WIP and cash collection activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve billing processes.
