The Team

Join our highly regarded legal team, where you will provide vital legal support across various business functions, including Strategy, Treasury, Fleet, Engineering & Maintenance, and Facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer looking to broaden their experience and thrive in an intellectually stimulating environment.

The Role

As a Legal Advisor, you will:

• Provide end-to-end support for the procurement of goods and services, particularly in engineering and maintenance
• Advise on fleet transactions and support strategic corporate projects such as acquisitions and partnerships
• Assist the Treasury team with payment arrangements and financing
• Manage our extensive property portfolio, negotiating leases and resolving disputes
• Collaborate with the Senior Legal Leadership Team on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements of the Role

• A commercial lawyer with experience in engineering, maintenance, aerospace, or similar industries
• In-house experience is desirable
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a knack for finding solutions
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust at all levels
• A passion for easyJet and its values

Practicalities

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
