A well‑established legal firm in Taunton is looking for a Legal Administrator to support its busy Conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the setup of new client matters, including drafting confirmation of instruction letters and maintaining records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to conveyancers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence and support Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
  • Handle routine client telephone inquiries, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately.

  • Prior experience in an administrative role (experience within property or legal transactions is advantageous but not essential).
