Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced legal administrator/assistant to support their Legal Professionals across the Firm. This role features a varied and diverse workload and is based at their office on the outskirts of Tamworth. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to clients, third parties and internal members.
  • Diary management using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Creating, editing and formatting various documents including letters, emails, court documents and others.
  • Opening and closing client matters.
  • Maintaining client matters to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
  • Scanning documents received and saving to the correct client matter.
  • Copying documents.
  • Reception cover if required.
  • Hospitality duties if required.
