Job summary

CRA Legal in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with about 2-3 years' PQE to join its thriving corporate team. You will work on a broad range of high-quality matters, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity, shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings.

You will enjoy a busy, collaborative environment with opportunities to manage your own matters while developing technical and commercial expertise in a well-regarded regional firm.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years PQE in corporate law (or equivalent)
• Experience in medium/large law firm preferred
• Commercial mindset with client focus

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals
• Handle private equity transactions and investments
• Draft shareholder agreements and arrangements
• Support corporate structuring and reorganisations
• Provide general corporate advisory services
