Job summary

CRA Legal in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team. You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and large corporates on a broad spectrum of transactions, with exposure to domestic and international deals.

You will manage your own matters with supervision, handling work from £5 million to £100 million+ and collaborating with senior colleagues. The role offers hybrid working, strong progression, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' PQE in Corporate law
• Strong experience advising on M&A transactions
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and international transactions

• Building strong client relationships and collaborating with specialist teams across the firm

Corporate Associate - Leeds | High-Quality Transactions | Hybrid Working CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between 2 and 4 years' PQE to become part of one of the region's most successful corporate practices. You'll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-value corporate matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness within a genuinely supportive environment.

Unlike many larger corporate teams where work can become highly specialised, this opportunity offers exposure across the full spectrum of corporate transactions, enabling you to build a well-rounded practice and accelerate your career progression.

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Associate, you will advise a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and large corporates across a variety of industry sectors. You will enjoy responsibility from the outset, managing your own transactions while supporting senior colleagues on larger, more complex deals. Your work will include:

About You
