Michael Page Legal in Leeds seeks a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team. You will advise on domestic and international mergers, private equity investments, and corporate restructures, handling transactions from instruction to completion.

The role offers exposure to high-value matters and a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years PQE in Corporate law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in Corporate law.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £64,000 to £75,000
