Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor tolead deals in the Leeds market. The role expects you to run own transactions across M&A, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and structured lending, with ownership of client relationships.

You will manage mid-market to larger transactions and contribute to business development, building a strong personal network in Leeds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong business development and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead own transactions across M&A, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and structured lending.
• Develop and manage own client and introducer network in Leeds.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.
