Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or revenue generation.
• At least two years' experience in a solutions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients, brokers and internal teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue against targets.
• Generate new business through networking, brokers and outreach.
• Negotiate deals and ensure pricing and space are used effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing to sustain leads and opportunities.
• Keep CRM up to date and provide accurate forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing client relationships.
