Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a commercial or operational capacity.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review existing client commercial terms and help develop the service value proposition.
• Influence and evolve client management to deliver improved results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key contact.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and teams to devise projects.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for increased client interaction and revenue growth.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors; oversee supplier performance.
• Oversee administrative functions and contribute to business development activities.
