Job summary

Constellation Careers is seeking Chefs for flexible shifts across Compass venues in the UK. You can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like, with DBS checks enhanced if required for education settings.

You will need relevant cookery qualifications, and maintain allergen awareness and Level 2 food hygiene in date. Join a network of venues across the UK, with all training provided and access to Compass employee benefits and wellbeing support programmes.

Qualifications

• Cookery qualifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ required or helpful.
• In-date Level 2 Food Hygiene required.
• Allergen awareness training or understanding requested.

• Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
• Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Working Hours

Do you want part time or full time work? This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Mon-Fri Shifts you will have all the relevant cookery Qualifications, City & Guilds or NVQ, allergen awareness and in date Minimum level 2 food hygiene. Your own whites & safety shoes

Skills / Qualifications

Some of these venues may be within an education setting and this will require an enhance DBS, please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one. If not, we will assist with this process.
