Job summary

Constellation Careers is seeking a Sous Chef to deliver culinary excellence across multiple venues in the UK. You will prepare food to menu specifications, maintaining Levy standards and ensuring ingredient availability for the full menu matrix.

You will take pride in the business, share established standards with the team, and mentor new members with respectful, encouraging coaching. Training and progression are emphasized across a national network.

Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Looking for a Night Sous Thurs & Fri 1800-0130 ongoing you must have all the Relevant Qualifications and Level 3 Food Hygiene your own whites & Safety Shoes.
