Job summary

Compass is seeking a Main Chef to join our contract catering team across multiple venues in the UK. You will plan, prepare, and deliver meals to menu specifications while upholding Levy standards, under a supportive team.

The role offers flexible shifts, training, and opportunities to work at over 5,000 venues. You will mentor new teammates, maintain exceptional hygiene, and foster a positive, enjoyable work environment.

Qualifications

• DBS check may be required; enhanced DBS may be needed in education settings
• Be prepared for DBS processing assistance from the recruiter

Responsibilities

• Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
• Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
