Job summary

Constellation Careers is seeking Sous Chefs for venues across the UK. In busy kitchens you will prepare food to menu specifications, follow Levy standards, and coach junior teammates as needed. Shifts run 1130–2030, with weekend options, across over 5,000 venues.

Essential qualifications include City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, an in-date DBS, and your own chef whites and safety shoes.

• Indate DBS is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to menu specifications while following Levy standards.
