Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking enthusiastic Bank Lecturers to support the Pathways provision (SEND & Inclusive Learning) on a variable-hours basis at Trowbridge. You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that help learners develop independence, communication and employability, with support from Academic Support Coaches and employers.
Salary: Unqualified £21.13 per hour or Qualified £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay.
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Bank Lecturers to support our Pathways provision on an as-needed basis.
Our Pathways programmes are designed to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and additional learning needs to develop the skills, confidence and independence required for adulthood, employment, further education and community participation.
As a Bank Lecturer, you will be part of a pool of staff who can be called upon to provide both short-term and longer-term teaching cover, as well as support the expansion of provision and new opportunities that arise throughout the academic year.
Unqualified: £21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified: £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours offered as required during term time, subject to curriculum delivery and learner requirements.

You will work closely with Academic Support Coaches, curriculum teams, employers and external agencies to ensure learners achieve their individual goals and outcomes.
Experience within Further Education, supported learning, employability training, life skills education or community-based learning would be particularly advantageous.
