Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking flexible Bank Lecturers for their Pathways programmes, aimed at supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role involves providing teaching cover and supporting learners in gaining essential skills for adulthood.

With variable hours, this is a rewarding opportunity to impact young lives positively. A Level 3 qualification or relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with learners with SEND or additional learning needs.
• Experience in FE, supported learning, employability, or life skills is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with skills and confidence.
• Prepare learners for progression into employment or further education.
• Work closely with Academic Support Coaches and curriculum teams.
