Job summary

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking enthusiastic Bank Lecturers to support the Pathways provision (SEND & Inclusive Learning) on a variable-hours basis at Trowbridge. You will deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that help learners develop independence, communication and employability, with support from Academic Support Coaches and employers.

Salary: Unqualified £21.13 per hour or Qualified £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential
• Experience in SEND or related learning settings
• Experience in FE or life skills training is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that help learners develop independence and life skills
• Support communication and social interaction skills, employability and workplace readiness
• Assist progression into employment, supported internships or further education
• Collaborate with Academic Support Coaches, curriculum teams, employers and external agencies
