• Conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
• Manage referencing process and minimise delays.
• Train new team members on lettings processes.
• Support Lettings Manager to achieve leasing targets.
• Provide 24-hour responses to resident issues.
• Use Yardi to record transactions and reports.
• Assist with rent collection and deposits.
