Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Deliver a high-quality resident experience and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish.
• Supervise external contractors and monitor performance.
• Monitor compliance requirements and maintain records.
• Manage tenancy progression including move-ins, renewals and move-outs.
• Support leasing agency partners and assist pricing discussions with the Asset Manager.
