Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a friendly Customer Service Agent to be the first contact for prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process, from inquiry to move-in. You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, coordinate applications and background checks, and work with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents by providing property tours and answering inquiries.
• Promote community amenities and drive occupancy through clear communications.
• Process applications, background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and apartment inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly approach.
• Maintain accurate resident records and support lease renewals.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to position communities effectively.
• Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
