Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a meticulous Data Coordinator to join the UK Agency Leasing Technology & Data team in London. The role focuses on capturing, validating, and maintaining leasing data to support surveyors, clients, and strategic decisions.

Based on-site in London, you will work with agents and fellow data coordinators to ensure data quality, run checks, and fulfill internal data requests while promoting best practices across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy (manual review and input vast amount of data).
• Organised, independent, and effective workload management.
• Team player with excellent communication skills (stakeholder management needed).
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Accountable and able to take ownership of issues and data quality.
• Confident telephone manner; cold calling experience is beneficial.
• Property research experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience inputting large amounts of data from Excel; SQL/Power BI knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Degree-level education or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and input leasing data from multiple sources (property particulars, brochures, alerts, databases, market intel).
• Develop relations with agents to ensure flow of market intel into the leasing database (Kato).
• Verify and reconfirm data accuracy with agents; conduct regular calls for latest intel.
• Attend in-person data sharing forums to enrich the leasing database.
• Own and monitor data quality for the allocated area; implement corrective actions.
• Act as SME for third-party leasing data; administer the database and respond to data requests.
• Adhoc reporting and bulk data exercises to support the wider data team.
• Escalation point for offshore Data Administrators to improve data collection processes.
