Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Data Quality Controller to join the Data Management team in Norfolk. You will review leases and related documents and ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database within the SLA; maintain Clients, Properties and Units records, and act as the main contact for PAM teams.

You will take ownership of the data-management process, participate in management reviews, assist audits, and contribute to project work.

• High level of attention to detail and analytical abilities to process data accurately.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret leases and related documents.
• Ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database within the SLA.
• Maintain Clients, Properties and Units records in the management database.
• Act as the main contact for other operation teams within the PAM department.
• Take full ownership of the Data Management process.
