Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Data Specialist to own the data management processes for client instructions and ensure timely, accurate data setup. You will act as the main contact for data maintenance, support audits, and drive data quality across the operation.

Remote role based in the UK (Norfolk region indicated). The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with lease documentation, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or MRI Horizon.

Qualifikationen

• Expert knowledge of legal lease documentation.
• Strong IT skills with advanced MS Excel (V-LOOKUP, X-LOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with data management, data quality, and data migration.
• Ability to organise data maintenance and support audits.

• Review tenancy documents and ensure data quality.
• Transfer lease data into management database within SLA.
• Manage data migration for client instructions and transitions.
• Support reporting and critical event data controls.
