Day's Fleet, part of Day's Motor Group, is seeking a highly motivated administrator to manage day-to-day administration of personal and small-business leasing services from our Head Office in Gorseinon, Swansea.
This full-time, permanent role reports to the General Manager of Day's Leasing; work hours 8:30–17:00, Monday to Friday. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and funders, maintain CRM records, prepare quotations, and support sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

8.30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday . Main Purpose of the Role . Reporting to the General Manager of Day's Leasing, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administration of our personal and small-business leasing services.
This is a full-time, permanent role involving close collaboration with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to achieving sales and customer service targets in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties . Liaise with clients, colleagues and suppliers on leasing quotations, orders, deliveries and aftersales support Serve as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers Complete administrative and reporting tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records Coordinate underwriting requirements Submit proposals to funders and suppliers Monitor and maintain the order bank . Required Aptitude, Skills and Abilities . Highly organised, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a busy office environment Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner Confident in learning and using a range of software platforms Meticulous attention to detail Driven to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets Strong written communication skills and a professional manner on audio and video calls A flexible, helpful, approachable, adaptable and reliable attitude .
