THE ROLE

We’re seeking a talented Leasing Manager to join our Get-Your-Car Commercial division in London, focusing on building strong relationships with strategic partners, driving marketplace performance, and supporting new revenue streams.

The role involves maintaining and developing relationships with leasing partners, helping them maximize ROI, and exploring new opportunities with Carwow. You will act as a partner to their business, providing insights, improving digital enquiry handling, and positioning Carwow as their most effective digital marketing partner, including persuading stakeholders of our value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Become an expert in Carwow leasing, understanding industry challenges and opportunities
  • Maintain regular contact with your client portfolio via phone/video calls
  • Provide performance insights and process recommendations to leasing partners
  • Analyse deal supply, identify marketplace gaps, and procure new deals
  • Introduce Carwow leasing to new partners, onboarding and training them to maximize benefits
  • Support leasing management with marketing, PR, and new revenue initiatives
  • Monitor overall marketplace health, analyze data, and suggest growth ideas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver leasing services effectively

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong communication skills for relationship building and collaboration
  • Creative, consultative problem-solving approach
  • Autonomous, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles
  • Ability to analyse and present business opportunities
  • Experience in automotive industry is not essential
  • Interview process includes video calls and an in-office task presentation
