Job Description:

Job purpose:

  • To provide comprehensive support within Leasehold Services, covering administration activities and transactional services.
  • To collaborate with team colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and improve service delivery.
  • To assist in processing and monitoring various service activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Distributing incoming correspondence according to procedures.
  • Responding to telephone enquiries to ensure the best service and outcomes for customers.
  • Supporting senior staff on planned or ad-hoc basis.
  • Attending out-of-office meetings as required, including evening meetings.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information per Tower Hamlets policies and the Data Protection Act.
  • Contributing to achieving the service’s performance targets.
  • Providing flexible support, including producing invoices accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experience working to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one.
