The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking for an administrative support officer for its property acquisitions programme. This role involves maintaining essential data, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to improving affordable housing. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel being essential.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich has a substantial residential property acquisitions programme, aimed at increasing its housing stock for both permanent and temporary homes.
We are seeking a confident, well organised and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide support to a small team within the Directorate of Place and Growth that is responsible for delivering the programme.
Although not essential, previous experience in a property related field and basic knowledge of building construction would be an advantage.
This role offers scope for personal development along with an exciting opportunity to improve lives and help to further the Council’s ‘Our Greenwich Missions’ by becoming part of a team that is making an important contribution to the provision of affordable housing within the borough.
