Job summary

Merthyr Valleys Homes invites applications for a Leasehold Officer to manage leased assets and leaseholder relationships, including asset acquisitions and disposals for residential and commercial clients.

You will attend meetings with solicitors, track caseloads, and stay abreast of leasehold legislation and best practices. A minimum of 2 years in Leasehold Services and NVQ Level 3 in Leasehold Services is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Leasehold Services.
• NVQ Level 3 in Leasehold Services.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to interpret leases.

Responsibilities

• Manage leased assets and leaseholder relationships.
• Handle asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Attend meetings with Solicitors representing MVH and track caseloads.
• Attend Leasehold Management Network Forum meetings to share updates.
