Job summary

The Romsey School is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our SEND and ASD teams. This permanent, term-time position offers 30 hours per week from 8.30am to 3.25pm, Monday to Friday, during 39 weeks.

The role focuses on targeted support to help students achieve their academic and personal potential. We value compassionate, patient staff who build positive relationships and work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.

  • Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs, in and outside the classroom

  • Receive comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing professional development

Actual salary (£17,812.65 to £18,050.48)

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
