Job summary

Haberdashers' Adams Newport in Shropshire is seeking two Learning Support Assistants to join our team. One role is 30 hours per week and the other 12.5 hours per week, both term-time only. You will support pupils with a range of additional needs through individual, small-group and classroom assistance.

Experience with pupils who have ASC or EAL is highly desirable. We value compassionate, organized applicants who can build positive relationships and promote confidence, independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASC or EAL.
• Ability to provide individual, small-group and classroom support alongside regular intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, small-group and classroom support for pupils with a range of additional needs.
• Deliver regular intervention and support to academically able pupils where appropriate.
