Job summary

This is a term-time, permanent post based at Welsh Bridge, English Bridge or London Road campuses, with a pro rata salary of £25,159 to £26,818 per annum.

Qualifications

• To work with students who have an Education Health and Care Plan, providing outstanding support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Promoting inclusion, respect, independence and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group learning support to students with EHCPs.
• Adapt teaching approaches to individual needs and promote inclusive practice.
