Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus in Maidenhead. The role is full-time, term-time only, supporting learners across the motor vehicle department and assisting with planning, delivery and evaluation of activities.

You will support individuals with learning needs, help with English, Maths and ICT development, and work under supervision of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C or equivalent) required.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Ability to work across departments and/or remotely if needed.
• Strong organisational and proactive mindset with adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support whole classes, small groups or individuals per EHCP guidance.
• Help develop English, Mathematics and ICT skills.
• Monitor behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adhere to Risk Management, Diversity and Safeguarding policies.
