Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, helping children overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. • Is reliable, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.

Recruitment Requirements

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce).
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) – required for working in Wales.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and child protection training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
