Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in our client secondary schools in Lincoln. Flexible day-to-day supply work or longer-term roles are available, offering the chance to support teachers and pupils across key stages.

You will provide academic and behavioural support, assist with lesson setup, and help maintain a safe classroom environment while building strong relationships with young learners.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check on update service (or willing to undertake)
• Passion for working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not required

Salary: £95 - £115 per day

• Supporting teachers wherever necessary when conducting lessons, including helping to set up at the start of the day.
• Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development.
• Providing academic and behavioural support to students to aid their progress.
• Providing valuable feedback to teachers about student progress.

Requirements

• Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service
• A passion for working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a school setting (advantageous but not a necessity)
