Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Loughton, Essex. The role involves supporting pupils in classrooms, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, and aiding pupils with additional learning needs to build confidence and social skills.

The position offers full-time, part-time and long-term opportunities across local schools with dedicated consultant support and ongoing CPD.

Learning Support Assistant - Loughton

Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £94 - £108 per day

Vision for Education are looking for enthusiastic, caring and committed Learning Support Assistants to work across welcoming schools in Loughton and the surrounding Epping Forest area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a genuine difference to their learning, confidence and development.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs and SEND.
• Help children develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
