Vision for Education Ltd in North Tyneside is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support learning across KS3 and KS4 in a well-regarded secondary school. This is a long-term role with flexible full-time and part-time hours and ongoing CPD.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCO and support staff to deliver lessons, provide one-to-one or small-group support, assist with exam preparation and track student progress in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in a classroom or educational setting (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Requirements
