Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant in Quorn (LE12) to support primary-aged pupils with Communication and Interaction needs. You will work in a specialist provision, using visual communication methods to help pupils access learning.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, collaboration with teachers and therapists, and helping pupils manage sensory and emotional challenges across the school day.

Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist provision in Quorn (LE12), supporting primary-aged pupils with specific Communication and Interaction (C&I) needs. Many pupils are non-verbal and require additional support with communication, sensory regulation, and social interaction. Working within one of two specialist classes, you will help pupils access learning through a highly personalised and nurturing approach, using visual communication strategies including pictures, symbols, and other alternative methods alongside spoken language.
