Job summary

Long Term Futures are seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Richmond area. The role involves supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and related needs within the school's SEN hub, providing both small group and individual support throughout the day, and helping with learning, engagement and emotional regulation.

You'll work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals, using clear routines to create a settled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD and related needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain clear expectations and boundaries.
• Reliable and committed to a long-term placement.
• Experience in schools, care or learning difficulties is advantageous.

Long Term Futures are looking for a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Richmond area. This role will involve supporting multiple pupils with Autism, ADHD and other related needs within the school’s SEN hub provisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive SEN environment and can provide structure, consistency, and encouragement to pupils who require additional support throughout the school day.
