Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a primary school’s on-site SEN Hub in Rugby. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and other needs across KS1/KS2, helping them access the curriculum with confidence.
You'll collaborate with the SENCO, teachers and welfare team to promote emotional regulation, positive behaviours and successful reintegration into mainstream classes, while maintaining safeguarding and a nurturing approach.

The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Rugby area, supporting pupils within its dedicated on-site SEN Hub.
This rewarding role involves working with pupils across KS1 and KS2 who require additional support with SEMH, behavioural needs, Autism (ASD), ADHD, and communication difficulties. The SEN Hub provides a nurturing environment where pupils receive targeted interventions before being supported to successfully reintegrate into their mainstream classrooms.
Working alongside the SENCO, teachers, and pastoral team, you will play a key role in helping pupils regulate their emotions, develop positive behaviours, and access the curriculum with confidence.
