Salary:

£20,906.25 per annum

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Permanent, Term Time Only

About the Role

We seek experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will support teachers in delivering creative, tailored educational experiences to pupils, enhancing their achievement and development.

This position is ideal for those looking to start or further their careers in education, especially if motivated to inspire pupils with diverse and complex needs. You will work in a school committed to safeguarding, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.

Responsibilities include working with individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and fostering positive relationships to promote learning. You may also assist in lesson planning and delivery in a creative, supportive environment.

Previous experience in SEN/ASC environments is desirable but not essential; support skills, motivation, resilience, and personal qualities are equally important. Candidates from customer-facing industries like retail, hospitality, or leisure seeking meaningful roles are encouraged to apply.
