We are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our close-knit team. Your role will involve supporting teachers in delivering creative, tailored educational experiences to pupils with varied and complex needs, aiming to maximize their achievement and development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start or continue their careers in education, motivated to inspire and support pupils. You will work with individual and small groups, prepare classrooms and materials, and foster positive relationships to promote learning and interaction.
Experience in an SEN/ASC environment is desirable but not essential; qualities such as excellent support skills, resilience, and motivation are equally important. This role is suitable for individuals from customer-facing industries seeking meaningful work that makes a real difference.
Qualifications required include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English. Candidates should be calm, engaging, resilient, team-oriented, and genuinely motivated to help pupils reach their potential.
