Salary: £20,906.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support our teachers in delivering creative lessons tailored to pupils' educational needs, maximizing achievement, and supporting development.
This role is ideal for those looking to start or continue a career in education and motivated to inspire pupils with varied and complex needs. You will work in a school with a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.
We value quality and are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who can work with individual and small groups of pupils, prepare classrooms and materials, and build positive relationships to promote interaction and learning. Support skills and motivation are key, even if previous experience in SEN/ASC is limited.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, be calm, engaging, resilient, team-oriented, and genuinely motivated to help pupils reach their potential.
