Salary: GBP20,906.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team at Longdon Hall School, part of Acorn Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering creative lessons tailored to pupils' educational needs, maximizing achievement and development.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start or continue a career in Education, motivated to inspire pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging yet rewarding, within a school committed to safeguarding, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decision-making.
You will work with individual and small groups of pupils, prepare classrooms and materials, and foster positive relationships to promote interaction and learning. Experience in an SEN/ASC environment is desirable, but support skills, motivation, resilience, and personal qualities are equally important.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, and be calm, engaging, resilient, team-oriented, and motivated to help pupils reach their potential.
